I 80 near Donner Pass couple of months back. That Semi up front is blocking the entire freeway.

So, double posts behind a guardrail that barely comes up to the bottom of the rim, on side of the road with a slope like that?

I can't explain it, but somehow that gaurdrail was about 3' high.
