I've always found it slightly odd that Russian MGs feed off the right hand side.

On the DShK, the ammunition feed is via non-disintegrating steel belts, from the left side only.

The guy with the PKM, what's that black strap looking thing he's holding in his right hand? It looks like it's wrapped around a steel post sticking up? Is he in the back of a vehicle with the chain gun working off the roof?

Well it's outgoing (you can see the back of RPG to his left) He grew up there so he is used to it.  ;)

The guy with the PKM is on a vehicle. Not sure what that cord is for.

So we were at the Dublin Irish Festival last night and saw this lady walking by............




Apparently she didn't make it to the bathroom in time and drank WAYYYY too much (the front was equally wet)

Sorry for the shitty picture, my buddy Ed was quick enough with his first generation Droid to snap the photo plus it was dark, but at least he captured it.
