Hello from the Commonwealth! I'm Tom and I've been riding for four years now. I started riding trails as a kid, my first bike was a 2-stroke Kawasaki 80cc. Upon completion of a motorcycle course, I bought a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 250. After awhile, I though it'd be nice to upgrade to something a little bigger. I couldn't settle on whether I wanted a 600cc or a 1000cc bike.

Finally, I settled on this beautiful 2000 Ducati Monster 750. Got it for a steal of a price and with a ton of accessories!

Unfortunately, the owner had no time to ride and it sat for two years and was in need of a serious clean-up and tune-up.

So after about a year and some change, the bike is just about rideable, and this is where I'm at now.

I still have some parts to put back on and I'm waiting on some backorders.
Here's my freshly painted bellypan:

In short, I've gotten quite tired of lurking and not contributing so I look forward to continue learning as well as helping wherever I can.

Thanks again for everyone at DMF for your guidance and wisdom. Sometimes the Haynes Manual just doesn't cut it!

welcome to the board Tom. where in MA are you located? there are several folks up on the north shore, and more spread out in the greater boston metroplex.

make sure and check in with the NEMHA board for a somewhat complete list of folks in your area.
Never wrestle with pigs. You both get dirty, and the pigs like it...
