DP Diversion Front Fender/Mudguard

Was looking to switch out my front fender. Does anybody have this on their bike? Does it fit a 07 S2R1K? Any comments on it? Thanks!

This is one from shiftech.com - pretty much the same fender, only cheaper then the DP one... Quality and service is awesome from Guido (owner of shiftech) to boot.

I love the look of it over the stock fender.

It sits a little off center, but it's hardly noticeable. Doesn't look like it'll rub Anyone else notice this? Was gonna try and bend it or add sum washers...
