We're headed to the Super Nationals car & moto show tomorrow morn at the fair grounds.  If you haven't been you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great emoticon of Kawboy galloping back and forth, Zaster!  Sounds like that's what you guys did yesterday.  Sorry about Godec picking up a performance eval.  DucMouse flys under the radar as usual.  The GM interviewed me for fun yesterday at the 1198 unveiling at the shop up here and one of the questions was whether I ever get pulled over and the usual outcome.  4 warnings, 1 ticket.  The old 80-20 rule.  He asked why I thought I usually just get a warning.  I speculated that it was probably all the gear since they comment on it without fail.  I tell them I need it more than most.     Anyway I did some around town riding this week, but now it's cold again so the Paladin is bedded down in the garage.  Here are some shots of yesterday's event if anyone is interested.

Kawboy stopped by ..not on that wild horse but his steel horse. [moto]
We ended up welding a broken mounting tab on his dirt bike exhaust and he's
on his way back home hoping to outrun the rain.
Oh btw Bonfy, keep an eye out for that guy

I hope this weather gets better this weekend I have a friend coming in from Dallas that wants to get some riding in! So if it is nice out anyone up for a nice senic ride?

And what a ride back it was.  I didn't get rained on, but the dust storm was awsome.  I was riding horizontal going north on I25 with a 50 mph cross wind.  Passing the Sandia Resort, I couldn't see it from the interstate.  It was a great obstacle course ride dodging the tumbleweed and everything else blowing across the road.  It certainly wasn't a boring ride.  The only thing that concerned me was the roadrunner sucking in too much dust.  The air cleaner was working overtime.   [moto] [moto]

I'm out for tomorrow. taking Dusty, both moms, a sister & my friend Paula for V-Day lunch in Santa Fe.
I love riding, but lunch with 5 amazing ladies wins out.
