I'm planning to head that way relatively early.  What's "the usual time"?  8:00?  8:30?

Don't tease me.  You know I had rather go up at 9pm on a weekend than 9am.
I promise to make better mistakes tomorrow.

Despite the nasty traffic we still had a good time at the Crest...or like Cloner might say...a lousy ride is still better than a good day at home...I'm with you brother [thumbsup]
Just hope that your wife doesn't read this stuff. ;D ;D
Looking forward to our next outing [moto]

Yeah, with the addition of a new masterlink I rode the StupidSport once to the Crest, then home.  When I got her home I examined the chain more closely and even after thorough lubrication and working there were still a few stiff spots in the chain, so I treated the old girl to a new chain Saturday night.  She's ready and rarin' to go again whenever I have time to take her out.  I guess sitting nearly two years didn't help the relatively old (I think about 15k miles) chain very much.  I guess at nearly 30k, she was due for a treat, anyway.   [laugh]

I just wanted to give a quick shout-out to everyone who helped or volunteered to help when I was stranded at Coffee at Dawn.  Rosemary and Keith for volunteering to bring me a master link, my wife, Ashley, for volunteering to come get me and take me to get a masterlink, and especially to Karl for loaning me his 1098 to go and get a master link.  I didn't wheelie it too much (after 5th gear), Karl.  I promise.   [evil]  And no stoppies at all (over 60 miles per hour).  Cross my heart!   [evil]

Glad everything worked out Scott, nothing like beeing stranded ta' make you think.

As far as you taking Karl's 1098 back to town, that's like a dealer giving someone a "freebie".
