There's a problem with this Bushmills  

I can't get quietly pissed with it....

Every other alcoholic beverage in the cupboard has Stealth Mode... but this treacherous make the beast with two backsing bottle has an old fashioned "pop" cork...  and so every refill attracts a disapproving glance from the in-house guitarist

...either in trouble...

or just getting out.

In theory, this is "simple genius".  However, given a few more pours by the one whose goal is to become "shite-faced", said Bushmills is at risk for getting whacked by a noodlearm in an attempt to reach for another pour (or is it "poure"?).  Thus, the demise of some of the contents.

The choices are the inevitable stink-eye and the associated guilt with each "pop" or risk spillage.

Good point. 

I can handle The Glare... but spillage of the amber fluid is an incident nothing sort of alcohol abuse.

Maybe - in another world where I plan ahead - I'll decant the contents into a bottle more covert.
