i just wanna say that its really hard to find this thread when youre really drunk...  i had a lot of vodka and orange drink tonight and im to the point where i have to cover one eye to see what im doing and do it right, but in true ducati monster forum fashion i found this thread and made a drunken post.

i probably wont remember it in the morning but i will have to check to see what i missed.

got this duck pate mousse w/truffle and pork fat, buttery charcoal crackers, and a bottle of NZ sauv blanc.

the wine is dry, grassy, and tart... I am loving these together!
