...and that's about the time riding duc-nekkid in 40 degree weather at night seems like a good idea...

this is a terrible idea. those IPAs will drown out the flavor of the stout. you should have had it first.

also, make sure you wear a helmet. don't want to fall and crack your head. lol.

Did I mention that I like a good Bloody Mary occasionally in the morning? Going to my farm tomorrow for some mowing and plan to have a BM after some morning coffee. Nothing like a good Bloody Mary and cigar while mowing. My kind of breakfast! Over and out.

You're right, of course (from an IBU prespective  ). But I like to start hoppy and then mellow.  Nothing a few pretzels can't cure.

i was drinking founders breakfast stout last night.

as I was leaving they tapped a vanilla porter and I had a taste. I have to go back tonight for a full pint before it goes.

I wish a distributor here would bring in NB... when I was working at the shop, fat tire has to have been the single most requested beer.

I'm druunk? no, not yet  but workin' on it, girls afternoon/night out for the "baby shower" whatever that is.
For me a box of icy cold stubbies (blue tongue) a few gallons of duty free whisky (and whiskey) in the cupboard a beef curry percolatin' on the stove and a nice saturday arvo to sit outside in the spring sunshine. Gotta make the most of it, only 2 weeks til the little one comes.
