I ran out of arak last night. The liquor store here in town has a crap selection, so I'll just be abstaining for a bit.

This is the only kind I've run into anywhere I've been. As far as arak goes I'm not sure how good this brand is considered to be, but I enjoy it. Find the most upscale looking liquor store and have a look-see.

If you like arak, you'll love Pastis, my faves are Berger Blanc and Ricard. Nice Anise flavour, low sugar, just add a dash of iced water and you're good to go.
