and now for a little unemployment humor.
i had an old comic that had one person saying to another
"I didn't lose my job.  I know exactly where it is and who has it now."

o.k. maybe not so funny when i read that back, but i've written this before and i'll write it again,
Stay positive.  Everytime I lost a job, I have been fortunate enough to find a better one that provided one of the following:
better pay, better people, better work/life balance, better company.

find the silver lining.  good luck peeps.  Ciao!

Affirmative confirmation today that I'll have a PAYING project for two months â€"
with an obscene quota.

But I'm grateful and will do what I have to do to make their #'s.
(Don't let me calculate the time and pay, I'll just cry.)

And, wouldn't you know about 15 minutes later, another offer came in for a project
that is at the exact same time as the first.  Don't think I can swing both but still going
to talk with the second source tomorrow â€" just to be sure.

No more rationing lotion, deoderant, shampoo, beer...  at least for another two months!

[beer]

[laugh] [laugh] [laugh] i love your sense of humor

i'm happy you found something!

Congratulations, Stella!!!!  [clap] [clap] [clap]

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Managed to pick up a job at the local Fastenal (sells all kinds of industrial products) about 5 minutes from my house. I'll let you know how it works out.

Hope the rest of you find something you enjoy.

Where is Fastenal located? I work for a staging company here in PA and we do a lot of business with them. Congrats on the job!
