Balls, checked the radar as you suggested. weather.com says 80% rain at 10 AM.

Funny how the radar map is showing a thin band, but it's going North-East right over the area. :(

Yea.  It's a low-lying cold front that has gotten trapped just east of the hills there.  Guess this is God's way of saying "quit being heathens and come to my house today."
