Brand Spankin New Member- Co Spawn to DucBad

Ok, so months after days filled with hours of listening to my brother(DucBad Anson) banter on about Ducati this and that I knew I had to do something about it..... one way or another! I was either going to burn  [evil]his bike or join the flock. haha Besides the debate of what to get we both knew I had to get a deal as my wife would not put up with another dollar cremating expense. THat said I have 4 cars (2 Acura Legends, 1 79 Firebird, and an M45) then the 2 bikes(95 Kaw KLX, 74 classic Honda 175XL). My wife knew what she was getitng into when she married me ...she did have the option to say no at that point. Either way....My name is Kyle and I live in Colorado Springs. I just bought a 05 S2r 800. It is a salvage bike, but I got a killer deal so who really cares. It is black and has some minor damage IMO for a salvage bike. It should be here tomorow night, and it couldnt happen any sooner as I am loosing sleep out of sheer excitement(went to bed at 6 this morning- what the hell was I thinking). Anson and I will be putting the bike back together with yet again some crazy custom stuff done. I havent a theme yet, but that will soon be devised. I think that is it....for now atleast!

Thanks for the warm welcome! THe only thing I missed was you handing out beers!!!  I do see also that my brother from another mother preceeds me...as well as his momma! Hopefully I dont let you guys down..haha.

Hmmm Not really understanding the image insert button...am I as retarded as they say? Do I copy and paste the pic in between the img thingys? PLease assist fellow ducers.

Plans so far are to-
1. fix it so it runs- needs- throttle RnR, clutch cover RnR, engine mount welded up
2. ride it without crashing it
3. chop the tail at some point
4. add rear pegs for my babe
5. do something about the wack mirrors
6. ceramic/ powder coat any parts that come off- black
7. look at creatively repairing the scratch on the tank
8. perform all free or cheap performance mods

P.S. Anyone up in here know of Ben Fox? Sorry to drop names but I thought I would see any thoughts- comments ect on his work...

Not retarded, lots of people have questions on the image posting.

You need to paste in a link to the image in between the [ img ] thingies.
