I have just joined here because I just purchased a new to me 2007 Monster S4RS White/Red. It only has 2800 miles on it and has a lot of extras as well. I just purchased my first Ducati back in April. It is a new 2009 1098R Bayliss LE. I absolutely love that bike, but it is really not made to tour on. So I purchased this Monster for longer trips. Any information about this model Monster you would like to give me would be greatly appreciated. So just thought I would say hello.

Welcome and congrats on the S4RS!

I suspect you will really enjoy it, it should be much more comfortable than your 1098.  You'll find lots of information about it in the forum, and just ask if you don't find what you are looking for.
