Well today I rode in the rain for my 30 mile jaunt home from work. I have to say that my Teknic Freestyle jacket that I got at new enough for all of $40 performed beautifully. Completely dry. My Scorpion EXO 1000 was an entirely different story. The seal around the shield is not tight enough. I had water dripping inside the helmet and running down the inside of the shield. Just thought I would share my experience.

Mmm, not fun. I can tell you from experience that a Shoei RF-1000 does a great job at sealing out the elements at the visor. New Shoei models are supposed to be even better.
