This is the first time that I'm really excited about the next episode.  I want to know how they're gonna deal with the approaching horde.  Of course, I also want to know how there were so many walkers in such close proximity and they never knew they were there.

Speaking of new episodes and stuff that has happened in the books, what is my best way to start reading these?

I know there are the actual comics, the books that combine the comics and the compendium that combines the books.

Should I just get the compendium to start since it is the best value? What about digitally?

I would prefer full color but I don't think those exist.

Any info would be appreciated.

I forgot the name of the episode, but the one on the highway where the walkers are going around in droves together makes me think they just wandered into that area recently.

they are sort of a Roombah for the living.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I appreciate the offer but I don't have a tablet or really even a computer right now.  I'll probably just pick up the compendium.

Finally watched the last 4 episodes today..  all the zombies are from the cattle escaping and drawing them near..   yea zombies appearing out of thin air.  Shane nailing wooden boards into a metal frame.. there will always be things Tht don't make sense..

Redneck did realize he lost his gun.. that nearly bald headed chick needs to go also..  I bet rednecks brother is in the 30 man raping team..

About the goat...
His name was Bob, but the family called him BeelzeBob.
make the beast with two backs goats.

zombies are also moving away from the population centers (like atlanta) in search of food. the protagonists are (were) moving faster than the walkers. now that they've been sitting on the farm for a while, i'm expecting the baddies to keep getting closer.

You could see in the trailer clips in last Sunday's show that the zombie horde is closing in on the farm. I see a zombie version of The Alamo is fixin' to happen... and the crew is running damn low on ammo. They need to improvise in a hurry.[popcorn]
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

I'm 3 episodes away from catching up with you guys. Hopefully over the weekend I might actually know what you guys were talking about for the past 3 weeks.

I am totally enthralled in these!  I really dig the show, but these are also great!
