With the right dry rub and the proper grill temp I could go for some soylent green! [laugh] Charleston is VERY dramatic in that role! ;D

Anecdote about the song above. Some group did a 'dance remix' of it. At my last job we had an old comp set up as a jukebox and said dance mix comes on. A somewhat bubbly younger woman who did marketing was bopping around a bit, singing along very merrily as I walked by. I paused and cocked my head

"Man, that's pretty inappropriate a song to 'dance mix'"
"Huh? Why? It's a good song"
"It is a good song, but it's about The Troubles - the conflict between North Ireland and England and an IRA bombing in England. Not exactly light dance stuff, yah know"
