Don't get me wrong, that was probably one of the best season premieres of TWD I've seen.

i think it was good too -- the story could have moved a little faster, and the whole idea of cowboy-herding a herd was kind of stupid, but the flashbacks made it an interesting device.  and the shock ending was pretty cool, but now we have to know who it was.

if it was that kid, i hope Rick beats the shit out of him

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I don't think there was a need to herd the walkers.

I would have handled it differently. If you have all the walkers trapped in one area, you dispose of them in that same area.  Explosives, mining equipment, fire, a team of people taking shifts cutting heads off, etc.   You don't let them loose.

You would have needed some sort of bomb to get rid of that many walkers.

seems they could have just used the diesel in the trucks and set them all on fire.  that would have been a cool episode.   a flaming horde.

It's about time they brought that group into the mix! Although I was expecting to see a little more about the herd in this episode...

Carol is a badass.

Agreed. Carol is easily my second favorite character. Of course Daryl is number one.

Daryl has been too emo lately. He needs to start hanging out with Carol more often.

Wow, so now Glenn is dead, wonder who's next?

This season has been a little less lame so far.....  [thumbsup]

Is Glenn really dead? He fell with the idiot. Maybe the walkers were eating the other guy.

Looked like they were eating Glenn's guts as he was screaming.
Definitely starting out interesting this season.

Ballsy kill a season 1 character off  in the middle of an episode for no reason and on episode 3 as well .

So he better be dead not some "shower scene " move

For me, last night's episode was a yawn-fest. Morgan's back story was interesting to a degree, but damn. I struggled to stay awake.

About the best part was the end where it was revealed that Morgan had one of the wackjob Wolves hidden away....

I believe I did fall asleep at one point, at least for a few minutes.

I doubt he's dead. The way douchebag fell leads me to believe he fell on top of Glenn and thats who the walkers were eating.

Agreed. It was a good back story, but IMO they went too deep. They really didn't need to spend almost the entire episode on it...
