Flattened out tank = stunter bike. Now who in their right mind would use a Ducati as a stunt bike? [roll]

yeah, i saw this earlier today actually....tank does look to be flattened, judging by that shadow cast by a "lip" on the far side of the tank... but who knows.

and this should be a 750 (CR)

The plastics say it's a 900... but not all the plastic match.
Bought from a police auction.
Probably a salvage title. (Obviously been crashed)
unknown mileage/hidden damage.
I bet dude bought it for too much, found the cost of repair (carbs/belts/plastic/paint/tank...)
-and his wife wants to kill him.  "But baby, it's an INVESTMENT..."   [roll]

I'd give him $700 for it as a motor "core" <---no garantee it's good either.
