Hi, ive ordered my GoPro HD Motorsports camera and ordered the roll cage mount. Ive been thinking of places to mount, and seeing as i have 43mm forks, the roll cage mount should fit around the top of the forks and was going to mount there.

Where do you guys mount yours and how?

pics would be great! :)

I would mount it on the trellis frame below the tank so you can see the forks in action.

Roll cage mount might be too big for the trellis, the bike frame would work better "probably"

Example of this:

This is pretty cool as well, I prefer the side mount though.

not much.  my monster has 999 body work so i can tuck on the straights but when i race supermoto and ride mx i run it on my helmet and have no problem.  i think it makes the video better because thats what you see.  if i run it on the fender in supermoto or mx theres more sky than anything because of the jumps.  i do run it on the front of both bikes too but its better on the helmet imo[bacon]

i used the suction cup mount and put it on my tank. didn't work too well. it wasn't the most secure.

i've also used the chest strap, and that's pretty cool. haven't edited the footage yet though.

Thats a great tune on your vid... had a search for instrumental icons and its all thins rap stuff... doesnt sounds anything like that song on your video... what is it?

Grrrly

this isn't me, but this guy is using the chest harness to mount his GoPro.  For street riding, this is a good option, as it should be easier to get to the controls.

if you're referring to just the first song, it's "the melee" by the beastie boys.

Ive seen kits that come with longer screws that attach to the top of the tank.... you know... where you put gas in. Ive seen them on other bikes but not the monsters... im guessing it wouldnt be too hard to fab a bracket and get longer screws. my .02

Those mounts always made me nervous. If you happen to go over the handlebars you just might get castrated in the process.

I received my handlebar attachment today. Put it on the frame on the horizontal piece, but i get mainly radiator cap and i cant see the clutch lever or handlebar like most of the others are getting.. im running it on 720p at 30fps

Do i have to go further back.. the only place to really go is back and slightly infront and above the clutch.... but i can se me leg bumping it there.....

This is what im getting (just an image)
