I think you need a mullet to ride something like that. You know: safety requirement. Something 'bout needing the wind resistance to keep the bike from going too fast when you hit the straights.

BTW - My neighbor's 4 year old just got a Tiger bicycle. Noticed it in the garage yesterday and had to laugh:
