Thanks for posting that question. I meant to post or PM her that same thing but keep forgetting. [bang]
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

The new exhaust system works as well as it sounds.  Mid-range power is noticeably improved.  Removing all three catalytic converters helped, no doubt  :D  It runs well at all speeds with the stock ECU - no pre-ignition ping and the engine runs at the same temperature as before.  Fuel economy is roughly the same; maybe a bit worse but not enough to change my 120 mile range for the low fuel light to come on.

Having said that, though, I think performance-wise there's room for tuning.  A Power Commander or something like it would make the thing downright dangerous.  So of course I'll add one when I get the cash.

But the main benefit has been in handling - loose ten pounds of stock exhaust and wonderful things happen...

Best mod evah.

Been working on it, but damn is that last 5 lbs hard to lose. Especially from the back end.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.
