Hi !
I don't know what's got into me... not riding a bike for quite some time but..,
I "walked into" an red S4R parked at work.
I did some searching for this bike I see there's a S4Rs, and fell in love with this one!
Especially with the Termignoli exhaust.
Is there a difference in sound and or performance between the short Termignoli and the full termignoli exhaust system??
I prefer the "thundering"  :P sound, I love it when these bikes ride by my house!
Is there a cure for this illness? :0)

Best regards,
Eric.

No cure  ;D

The S4R was made in two engine versions - a lot of power and more than a lot of power.
The Shorty can is basically a very small steel box with a carbon fiber sleeve.
The two cans over/under are large carbon silencers with a distinctive bass.
With the full exhaust system, including a Ducati Performance ECU, 130 bhp grows to ~145.
Plus a nice musical output.

If you are capable of handling this kind of power,
get one while you can!

Not too much difference in sound between a set of slip-ons and a full system. They full system will gain a bit more power, and get rid of the ugly collector box -the 'udder' that the bikes have for the factory.

I'd suggest you go looking in the accessories and mods section for more info on this. Also, there's lots of options beyond Termignoni - Zard, Arrow, Mivv, Quat-D just to name a few.

-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
