Glad to hear its being taken care of! I'm usually very pro-cop but there was no reason for all this. guy was totally out of line

Typical, good luck! The judge gets fed up finally and wants it done...keep us posted.  [thumbsup]

Watch out for an unmarked silver F150  [leo]   that is looking for victims up there.

I just realized I never updated the group, here.  All charges were dismissed.  If you need a traffic lawyer in ABQ I can recommend Glenn Smith Valdez.  Around $300 for the whole episode.

Done with the Crest.  Upon reflection, largely done with street riding.  Off road riding is more exhilarating at less than lethal speeds.  Race tracks don't have cops to make up bullshit tickets.

I think the Panigale will be traded on a new KTM this weekend.

Miss you too JJ.
I broke my thumb riding dirt and hope to be back at it soon.
The Crest has been a mess with all the recent hail/snow.
I might give it a run by next weekend, otherwise I'm looking forward to doing
a Jemez or High Road to Taos ride in the near future.

Well the cool thing up norte is that I can take my XR400R about 8 miles and I am dirt in a couple different directions. I also have the high road & Jemez really close. It is great up here.  ;D

Good news, Scott. If only the deputy could be forced to pay the court costs & legal fees.
Nobody said that I did. Everyone says that I would.

No court costs when it's dismissed.  Legal fees, on the other hand, are another matter.

Just got back from riding the Crest twice and S14 with L'Scott and we had a blast.
The sad thing was that we came up on a crash scene that ended in a fatality  :'(

Any updates on this? Anyone we know? Google pulls minimum news on this, the bike lying on left side of double is red, cannot say the make! Weird that it is lying on a curve and almost at apex and right beside double yellow...must have crashed and dragged to that point...SAD :'(

I enjoyed my spin around the block on the RC390.  Can't wait to get it over 7K rpm and with better suspension bits...
