i have some reverse retro mirrors mounted on the rizoma bar ends, and the mirrors are nice and tight on the bar ends, but i always seem to need to retighten the bolts that go into the bar a few times a week, is this a design flaw or did i get a bad run of parts? this is the second set i have tried, and it seems to be doing the same thing, it will be nice and tight for a few days, then the mirrors would be out of alignment, but they dont move on teh bar end, but the bar end moves itself

FYI, both came with rubber bushing like plugs that go into the bar, not the metal wedge type, which could be contributing to my issue

Try a little hair spray on the rubber, then reinstall.  Also make sure there is no oily residue inside the handle bar.

To be honest I have the same ones and they have stayed tight. I use blue thread lock on a lot of the screws on the bike.

I noticed the same thing when I installed mine.  Switched to the metal chokes the mirrors came with and they work so much better
