I guess I'll just post the pictures and if anyone has any questions I will do my best to answer them. I still have to adjust the headlight wiring (which is why it still looks kind of sloppy) because I haven't gotten the flasher working correctly.

100% better! Looks good!

I was toying around with the dual headlight over my single 7", I think you convinced me

Keep an eye on those plastic clamps...

Unless they made a bigger size, it looks like you have them tightened down all the way and they WILL break like that...
I don't own a Ducati...but I wrench on one.

DoWorkSon

Yeah, those clamps will crack, ive gone through two sets.

oh yeah I am aware of the brackets and I'll keep an eye on them. Here's another one from the side.

Looks great but would rather see round flashers than square with those lights

Do you happen to remember how you and 2-skinny did the wiring? I was a little confused when I saw that there were 4 wires coming from the stock harness and only three for the custom headlight.

I wasn't a fan of the dual headlight on the classic Monster but I think I am liking the boobies on the new Monster.

+1.  the signals are the only things square. Look a little out of place.

The stock harness has a wire for high/low if I remember correctly- the new one may be setup to only run both beams simultaneously without a "high" function.

You may have to clip the after market harness and wire it in with the stock wiring if you want to run one bulb high and the other low.

I just ordered a dual, that is how irrational I can be when spending money and buying parts...

I was originally interested in these ones but they are wicked expensive and I don't think they make them in the M696 fork size.

Also, I had already done a FE using these ones so I was just trying to match

I have the track 77's. They are fairly universal in terms of looks.

Is this thing on?

I'm really liking the dual setup I did some googling and are these the same as the Monster Parts ones?

If they aren't what size for the fork tube would I need....43mm?

2-Skinny

Fork tube size is 53/54mm (tapered on 696 depending on where you mount them).  They are the same ones sold on Monsterparts.
