Anyone half interested in Ducati's should call in for a look.
Last year was an interesting weekend, on the Saturday prior to the event we went on the Five Ferrys Ride. Remember    ?  hmmmm.....?  Someone stole one of the ferries that day and we went bush, compliments of our fearless navigator, our Garmin Gov's ears would have been burning late that afternoon..... [roll]
I heard a reliable rumour that a certain OZMO member on the northern beaches is entering, and has been working late into the night at his factory, with the roller doors locked down..........just happened to be passing by, (yet again) and managed to find this outside  the factory.......

Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!”
NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."

tell me guys, is this event judged like a traditional concourse where factory style bikes with factory style mods are the flavour? i was asked if i was getting my bike ready for it at a local shop the other day, but my first thought was it wasnt suited to me especially with my 100:1 ride to wash ratio it all sounds like too much cleaning!! haha. is there a ride involved?

A few years back they changed the judging of the Monster category to entice more entrants because practically all Monsters are modified. 'Traditional' concours judging is far more relevant for the hysterical categories (bevels, singles, etc). So mods will be accepted, recognised and judged for what they are ... cleanliness is an ever-present criteria though.

Be mindful that mileage (or kilometreage) is also a major component of the judging (or has been) ... so maybe Big will ride his bike through a puddle and take out the category ???

Regardless of whether you are 'in it to win it' it is still worthwhile to try and get there with as many bikes as we can. Sometimes people meet up 'en-route' but we don't normally organise a ride beforehand (some take it far too serious for that).

Hi Mark & Julie, welcome back.....     as for not normally organising a ride beforehand........let me refresh some memories here. Last years Concourse, the day before we did the Five ferries Ride.........   [roll]...........  a "slight"deviation ( how's the family btw Craig ? )  took us on some dusty terrain......that was a late night for yours truly.......

Not us of course....but this was the road.......and this bend is called  "Goldys Corner"  if i remember rightly
p.s.  can't wait till we "catch up"again Mmick,...mate,....buddy.........unsympathetic bastard    [thumbsup]    "what a guy"   [coffee]
