Well Folks it that time of year where the people that prefer pedals dominate the roads.....that we pay for.......

3500 of the finest cling tight short wearing wannbe Armstrong/Kadell's will be hogging the roads on Sept 11 (irony?) 2011 throughout Whittlesea, Kinglake, Kinglake West, Flowerdale and I'm not too sure but could even be Yea.

Needless to say , latte sales will be through the roof.

A good weekend to catch up on some garage work me thinks.

+1. There'd be many outside of the Ducati riding community (and some within) who'd think this laughably akin to the kettle calling the pot blackened  .

I think comparing... a cycling event... to events of Sept 11 is a little distasteful and somewhat lacking perspective Alf  .

And.... perhaps somewhere there's.... I dunno.... lets say... a truck driver's forum saying something similarly derogatory about us... zooming around on the roads they pay for.

Maybe just go  some place else if you (like me) are allergic to lycra  .
