I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

that was the tuner version, see the coffee can exhaust tip?

It gets a thumbs up for having leather seats, but I don't see any evidence of a stability control system or cabin ventilation filter to keep the killed skunk smell out.  Also those wheels look like the suck in the snow and ice, and with winter coming on....I think I'll pass.

How fast is it?  Will it do 140?

No, it's just a regular Dos-a-Dos Steam Runabout, not a Capirex Dos-a-Dos Steam Runabout.

Goat_Herder

doesn't look like it has any steering mechanism, or very little of it.

Wonder if it has tank swelling problems? ;D

Yeah, but steam tanks are supposed to expand a bit it's designed there... not a *feature*

It's got a spade handle you twist or move.  You can see it in this pic right at the seat:

Yep. The cars of this era had handles or tillers. The steering wheel came along a bit later.

I'll bet Jay Leno buys it.

If I had to pick any random rich guy as a likely buyer, it'd be him.

If I recall correctly, Leno has a fondness for steam vehicles and has some rare ones in his collection.

Wouldn't surprise me at all.

It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

i have had guys reach back and grab my crotch in an attempt to get around me. i'll either blow in their ear or ask them politely to let go of my wang.

MendoDave

Even though it sucks in the rain and snow, I have to give it points for the excellent window defroster and lack of ice buildup under the wiper blades. The keyless entry and ignition is also a plus.  [thumbsup]
