shutter speed.
you can freeze, slow, and even reverse blades with it.

Oh shit, I didn't realize there was a second video.  That one's pretty crazy.

I wonder what causes all of the distortions in that one.

Pretty sure it's the same concept behind watching a wheel spinning at a certain rate makes it look like it is rotating backwards slowly...

I do know that the first time I watched it, I had about 8 stouts into me and almost dumped them all back out onto my keyboard.
