I could understand locking out the iPhone 3 users on the basis of performance, but to actually motivate the 3G users to get the latest phone.  But the 4?  Horsefeathers.

we'll see how full-blown siri runs on the 3gs and 4-non-s once io5 is released to the masses and the jailbreak community gets to it.

fwiw, i'm assuming the 4s also has 2x the system memory. i don't see that spec quoted anywhere, though.

I was really hoping for the rounded shape predicted of the 5.  Internals are great, but I would prefer that it dress a little better.

the rounded mockup looked really nice, but the rumored "teardop" shape concerned me. i'm not sure how "natural" that would feel in the hand.

yeah, "tiny little incremental updates" like a faster proc, more memory, an 8mp camera capable of 1080p video, and a voice assistant... not to mention world phone/cdma/gsm capability.

looks cool.  i can imagine the number skits that will come out based on Siri feature.  Can't wait.

I am sticking to my iPhone 4.  I moved up from flip up  motorola phone about a year ago.  I am still stoked with it.

My G2x screen is about 20% bigger than my friends' Iphone 4g.  Faster too.

Bigger screen?  It's a phone, why would I need to carry a huge phone in my pocket.
