My Dad sent this to me this morning and i said the same thing, was this filmed in the 70's or 80's,
but then again it's in the south so it could be last week.

Which Troy though. OH, MI, NY=> not the south. MS=>technically midwest. AL, TX=> The South. I don't recall the state being mentioned in the video.
I would estimate it's from about 1984.
