Cool! [thumbsup] It's too bad junior is now a teenager (in so many ways!! [laugh]), I used to love helping him carve pumpkins when he was a little kid. I know I would get "the look" [roll] if I were to ask him if he wanted to do some jack-o-lantern work. Screw it, maybe I should just do it for me! [thumbsup] [clap] [drink]
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

Do it!!

I still have to pick up my blank pumpkin canvas, but I will definitely be carving one (and there are no children in my house).

It was great meeting "The Dude" at long last.   She brought us some epic beer.

Screw it. You're right. 'Tis the season! [thumbsup] Just hope some punk ass kid doesn't smash them on the front porch like in years past. I've got a 12 gauge pump and know how to use it! [laugh] Happy Holloween folks!! [beer] [bacon]

Here's one I carved a couple of years back -- Thank you, DucCutters, for such a gourd-friendly logo!

It's all about appealing to his interests.

If you ask him if he wants to carve a pumpkin and expect him to carve a simple, boring smiley/scary/zombie face/flying witch/something trite, he's gonna give you "the look."

If you ask him if he wants to help you carve a jack-o-lantern that's vomiting down the front steps, or one that's eating the brains of a second pumpkin Hannibal Lecter-style, you might get a better response.

But he is a teenager, so the eye roll is always a possibility.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

Yeah, constant eye roll! [roll] [laugh] But he does love Grappa's pumpkin avatar picture! Heck, so do I. [thumbsup] [clap]

Or a small pumpkin exploding out of a large pumpkin's gut, Alien style?

That just brings into sharp contrast how unoriginal I am.  Thanks  :P
