I came to this thread late in the game and didn't actually have time to read the whole thing so I'm not really sure what's going on with this or what's been decided for a logo but I'd be interested in helping out if there is still need or interest in a new logo. So anyway, whoever is in charge of this thing can get ahold of me if you are interested in working together on designing a logo for the board. I'd do it free of charge, (or maybe for some free t-shirts or something) I would just rather deal directly with whoever is in charge and not with the whole community. Nothing against everyone here, but my experience has been that designs that are subject to a large groups of peoples opinions usually suffer.

For what it's worth I think the ones corey did are the best option so far.
