is that a 2 stroke? I'd be down!

There is a bonnie with a sidecar for sale in Waco. Wife wants me to look at it...she said it's pretty? Not sure what that means. No idea on a price though.
It's a Honda.

Not likely a 2 smoker.

I'm really wanting something with a sidecar....just not sure what.

I like the Urals, but I'm somewhat afraid of Russian reliability  [laugh]

Not sure it that is a real concern or not. There is a guy around here that has one...I've seen him on the side of the road more than once with his wife's car parked behind the bike...and a not so happy look on her face  [laugh]

any suggestions?

It was great meeting "The Dude" at long last.   She brought us some epic beer.

Here in the UK, a Honda MB5 was a 50cc 2 stroke moped, limited to a top speed of 30mph. Hitch a chair to it and you'd be lucky to see 20mph! It certainly looks like an MB5 to me.

I don't recall a 2 stroke street Honda anything here.

We had 2 stroke dirt bikes.

;D We got the NSR 400 triple, NSR 250 twin, H100 single, and any number of 50cc mopeds. All 2 stroke road bikes.

For me, its my current bike with 5-6000 spent on it. In 5 years time if the new Monster Ducati has on offer doesnt suit me I'll rebuild my current bike. New wheels and rear shock (Ohlins or Penske), rebuild the motor to 944 with 44mm inlet valves, more porting, lots of carbon and fresh paint. I'll do much of the work myself.

New Monsters are expensive down here. I love my bike, I just want to modernize it.

Two stroke alright.  All whopping 49ccs of it.  Was only imported to the US for one year (1982) apparently.

Cant say that its on my lust list.  Although no doubt it would shame my first 50cc (4-stoke proper) Honda  [laugh].

we had 2t scooters in the 50cc class - the honda elite was the popular one in the late 80's through 90's. With big bore kits & gearing changes you could make one do 70-80mph. There were also the honda spree's that were transmission limited to 25-30mph.

not sure if they still do, but Aprilia was selling its RS50 2-stroke in the US in 2000.

Talk about fun. they had 80cc bore kits available too.
