some of my best run times were truly inspired...

usually by enraged people

in numbers greater than I cared to deal with
This is an insult to the Pez community

I could throw up a thread (literally and figuratively) on puppy and general animal welfare causes too.  Want me to do that?  Huh, Huh?

FYI:  Some companies provide matching contributions to your donations.  If you want to check to see if yours does, you can go here.

Let me know if they do.  I can get you a form to submit to your HR dept (or whatever dept. handles that).  Thnx again all!

Yes.

Mine does not require swimming or running.

Just a pleasant bike ride around a pretty lake.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

"The marshmallow" is going to swim in this:

Yup.  A couple of us soft, older, beginner swim types thought it would be funny.
Then the fast, sleek, 20'something girls copied us and ordered them too.

I'm going to find gold cuffs, a truth rope and a cape.    ;D
