Finally finshed of fitting a Ventura rack i got of ebay. :D
The L brackets were for a japper modified them for the Monster. made difficult with high rise termis [bang]
The rack will not be a permanent feature just in case the need arises if it ever stops raining, :P
only 15 minutes or so to fit the L brackets and rack :)

And yes Suzy i know the welding looks like bird shit ,no excuses but shit happens, will try harder next time.
And FYI the frame brackets have all now been zinc plated :D

FYI Rob, I usually fit mine the other way round with the rack facing toward rider. It makes it so the weight falls inward of the rear axle instead of hanging out of the back of the bike. Just a thought for you.

I was more going to ask how the towbar fits on.

On a more serious note, very cool.  I've done much worse welding than that myself :)

Thats what i like about the ventura system versatile.will try the options. :)
Though with about 110kg in the drivers seat, i guess a 10kg pack hanging out the back will be a good counter weight :-[
Not only that im not that flexiable any more i got to get my leg over :-[ [roll]

except the 70's-80's 911's always tried to kill the driver.... and or anything else around it when driven hard.

I'm embarrassed I missed that one. I had anticipated Rob's response so I 'knew' what he was saying rather than reading what he 'said' [laugh]

I tried to start my monster today; an old mate came over to show me his new-to-him multinoodle, and i wanted to show him what a duc should sound like. Alas, no kick over; shows its been a while since the old girl went out, with bad weather, a broken wing and all.....
