Hello from Oakland

Hey everyone, I'm new here and wanted to say hello.  I dont currently own a bike, but I'm looking for a monster.  I have my heart set on an s2r 800.  I'm also considering an older s4, 900ie, or 2002 750ie, if I can get a bike with adjustable suspension....

My last bike was an 2004 aprilia rsv1000r.  I loved it.  It was just too much bike for tight san francisco city streets, and too much of an asset to leave in questionable/high traffic areas.  I need a bike that I can use, enjoy, and not worry about someone tipping it over!

It may be more than you want to spend and too nice to satisfy your "I don't care if it gets knocked over or if a homeless dude uses it for a crapper" requirement, but there's an older model s4r for sale locally.
