Wish I saw this thread a couple weeks ago, I had ordered a rare book from Australia that took 3 weeks to get to me.  Granted I wasn't in a rush for it so I paid the cheapest shipping which was still $45, but I'm convinced they tucked it inside a kangaroo for part of the journey.

The US seller is now opening an investigation with USPS as to why my item is in ME 03911 instead of in my Australian mail box  [bang]

I already waited longer than is usual for a US shipment to arrive.....  dont especially wanna be waiting for the wheels of USPS investigation dept to arrive at a conclusion....

Any advice on how best to proceed?

Not sure what effect it'll have on feathered avionics though (maybe thats how it ended up in ME in the first place  [laugh]).
