Long story short… BCM Ducati in Laconia is a GREAT shop!
I was up there for the week on Tondalaya and we got caught in that massive storm on Tuesday around Mt. Washington. A foot of water was flooding out parts of SR 16 North of Conway. We rode through it and she seemed to be fine.
Well the next morning we were going to head to the hillclimbs but I found that I had lost the front cylinder at mid-range RPMs. I limped from Lincoln to BCM in Laconia to see if they could sort it out. They said that it would take a little while before they could get her into the shop to look at her but suggested that check a couple of things in the driveway while I waited.
I started checking the things they said and dumped gas all over their driveway [Oops, sorry again guys]. One of the guys from behind the counter came out pulled the stuck needle and, voila! She was running fine again.
By simply helping me out a little, pointing me in the right direction and allowing me to work on her in their driveway, they saved me lots of money and time that I didn’t need to spend.
I just wanted to make a post here to let anyone who didn’t know already that BCM is a GREAT shop and deserves all the business I and we can give them.

Yep. They're pretty good.

I'm not the sort of person who typically can become enthusiastic about a vehicle dealership or service shop. I am certainly enthusiastic about BCM.

BCM used to be a great shop, but the new owner can go a little nuts from time to time. There are still some pretty good employees there but they're slowly leaving.
