That bike won the Concours D' Elegance at Pebble Beach this year. Gorgeous.

There's a (late '20s ?) Beemer on display at the dealer down the street. An R32 maybe? Springer front end with a hardtail. Band brakes in the rear. Creme white. Very elegant yet simple.

One really needs to see these beautiful oldies up close to appreciate them. Works of art made by true craftsmen.

wow ... total art deco.  [thumbsup]  it looks like that iconic art deco train (Pennsylvania RR's S-1)
from the 30's.  there's something unique and appealing about those old BMWs.

It's pure Art Deco. Steampunk or Cyberpunk wasn't coined until 1980.  :D
