when in the hell are they putting this out? i like the look of the 990 supermoto T, but something just needs to push me over the edge.

I doubt it will come to the US market.

I hope you're wrong, wouldn't mind having the Duke 125 for commuting work but that never came here either.
Every bike I've ever owned.

None of their Naked street bikes were here in 12. iirc

It's sad when you look at it.  The bikes don't sell because KTM has done a remarkably piss poor job at marketing their street bikes here.  Any/everyone who has ridden them have basically walked away singing their praises, yet the majority of the buying public know nothing of them.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

It's true.  The dealer network needs to get stronger too, the only place I can buy a KTM within a few hours of me sells only off road bikes.  That makes me worry about parts availability and dealer tech knowledge if I were to get one elsewhere.

+1 though the pseudo KTM dealer here could not even be successful at selling Victory motorcycles.

I almost got one, before my Duc, but was told by a good sales man, that even though I was a capable B motocrosser, that bike was a bit much for me. I listened.

Almost got what, a SuperDuke?

Which KTM?

At the EICMA KTM told that the bike will be available within a year and that it would look most likely the one on display. Though the exhaust will be different since this one will never be street legal. And they said it would be affordable, whatever that means...anyhow I am looking forward to testride it and the RC8R and the 690SM....they really have a great lineup right now.javascript:void(0);

That exact bike won't. Everyone keeps missing or glossing over this important word Prototype. That's why it's got no light or gauges. I sure hope something close comes, and I'd like to see more KTM presence too - but keep in mind that the bike in that video isn't a production piece
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
- '00 M900S with all the farkles
- '08 KTM 690 StupidMoto
- '07 Triumph 675 Track bike.

It has no lights or gauges for the track, notice the tail camera and the one in the nose. A true track day weapon. All they have to do is throw that LSL headlight on it and a integrated tail light and it would be perfect.

I vote clip ons and that cool German light Celli found...

Important: always check your battery filter and regularly change your headlight fluid.

DRKWNG

Coming from a current SD owner, I think clip-ons would actually take away from the bike's capabilities.
