Excellent Dog passes-

I lost my dear friend today--6:20pm.

I don't think a guy could get this lucky twice in one lifetime.

An exceptional animal, he was. His name is Radar, and it was well earned. We were close, as dear friends often are.

He was a cattle dog mix, but his behavior was pure cattle dog--smart and capable. I never had cause to question his behavior.

...my little pup... ...my little boy... ...my dear runnin' buddy. I will miss you bitterly.

How cruel that you left me after only fourteen years. I loved you.

Uh.  So sorry to see this.  14 years is a good run for many pups (including one of my own - 14 seems to be "the" number) and no doubt Radar was much loved.

The down side of pets is always the passing. It's bitter and heartbreaking, but inevitable. 

So sorry that Rader has left your side, but he's running free now. His time here was obviously well spent.
