Bike Stands for Bike w/ Termis

I had a bike stand that worked fine, but put on Termis and the stand touches the exhaust so that the bottom of the exhaust is helping hold the bike.  The bottoms are getting scratched and I'm afraid it'll crack (cf exhaust) or bend. 

Anyone have this problem and know of a brand of bike stand that would fit better?
