I just realized that Oct. 11th is only two weeks before the fall Hill Country trip.  Don't want to interfere with that.  How about we pick a date sometime between Sept. 13th and Oct 4th and go for it.  I should be good any of those weekends if I put in my vacation notice soon.

We head out on Saturday morning and return Monday afternoon like normal?

Okay... Let's shoot for Sept. 20th.  That will be a little further into September so the temps will be cooler and still be several weeks before the HC weekend.

We will stay in Russellville as usual.  Let's start getting a head count and I will reserve rooms at the Holiday Inn.

I got a nice route planned the 2nd day.  A lot of the same roads and some new ones but we will go counter clockwise on the loop so the same roads will be in reverse.  I have included 341 of course so we can rip it up.

I will edit the 1st post with the new date.

i'm somewhere between "very tentative maybe" to "probably not" for this...  i have to be out of my apartment on the 15th of Sep., and then have a wedding i'm flying to northern iowa for on the 25th-29th.

I'm considering this trip.  Just need to evaluate the timing.  Roughly, when would the departure/return dates & times be for a "Sept 20th" trip?

Leave Sept. 20th around 7 am or 8 am from Allen Outlet Mall and return mid afternoon on Monday the 22nd....the exact time is determined by how many flats or worn out tires Duc L' Smart encounters on Monday.
