New Windscreen on old Bike

I'm wondering if anyone has installed the newer 2002 wind screen on an older bike. I have the '99 M900 with the older round windscreen.

I like the smaller fit of the 2002+ bikes.

Can someone send me pics if you happen to ride "naked"? I want to see the mounting brackets, etc.

What type of screen is that second one

There's some small L-brackets that attach to the front of the upper triple with one bolt.

You'll need the headlight mounting ears to match, on bikes from whenever they switched fairings (2000?) up until the 696/1100.
There's some special bolts and rubber grommets.

You'll need the later oval style blinkers too, AFAIK, unless you've got some other setup.
