Additionally, it seems I've struck out trying to find a way to easily watch said racing. Anyone have any suggestions for ways to watch the IOM, BSB, WSBK, etc?

Just hoping my buddy Brandon does well this year.
Last year was a dismal first year in Superbike...crashed down the mountain while giving JM room to pass. His own fault. He was (mostly) fine.
He also did the Macau GP last year again.

Want to get in the IOM spirit? Listen to the song at this SOUP link; find some good speakers or headphones too - it's worth it just for the first few seconds of audio.

Seriously. I'm pretty sure he's got some bad juju with the IOM. It's always something, innit?

I'm betting he starts to fade this year.  Top five, probably a podium or two, but no mas.

Sucks...

3 of the last 4 deaths were at Ballacrye....not a good trend.

I really enjoy the TT, but when there are as many as 4 fatalities some years, I start wondering whether it's worth it.

The question of whether it is worth it is up to the riders to decide. That's part of what makes it such a great event. No one forces anyone to ride, and they know the risks going in.

I'm for the TT and don't want it to go away, so I'm going to play a little bit of devils advocate:
BUT
What about the onlooker/non-rider deaths?
Are they supposed to accept the risks?

How often does that happen?
