How's this for stupid. FDA tosses 1600 pounds of venison

which was donated to feed the homeless. Tossed simply because homeless shelters are not allowed to serve deer meat. WTF! Food's food, and there are alot of hungry people around. At the very least the meat could have been frozen and used for disaster relief ANYWHERE!
