I think that's way way low.

That's 784,080 square feet. I'll approximate that as 784k medium pizzas.
There are ~314 million people.
So that's 0.0025 pizzas per person per day.
If we bump that up on the premise that only half the population eats pizza, IE babies, old, infirm, don't like pizza, etc.
We get 0.005 PPD.
That's one pizza every 200 days.
