My eyebrows are growing back in after a Big Green Egg incident earlier this year.  Did 2 pork butts up on the egg over night - pretty darn good!  Ate way too much.  Hope everyone has a great day.

More 4th of July goodness to you all. Hope everyone has a low key, laid back holiday. We are enjoying some nice lower than 100 degree weather for a change. Grillin' some hot dogs, heating up some spicy queso and some baked beans and then cruising one neighborhood over to catch a country club's annual fireworks show... always good. [thumbsup] The neighborhood fills up fast so we'll have to park a ways off and hump it in with camp chairs. No biggie. Even with traffic it's not 10 minutes from home.

A really good friend of my wife (known each other since kindergarden and our boys are best friends) is having to put her wonderful brother in law in hospice care tomorrow. Absolutely awesome guy, great loving wife and the best college freshman/baseball player you could ever hope to have for a kid... incredibly good young man! It's tearing everyone up. As you can imagine. We need some fireworks distraction in the worst way. [roll]

Anyway, hope everyone enjoys their mid-week day off. God bless America. [thumbsup] [clap] [beer]
